After you choose “Find my markets”, you can continue with Google. Neon Better Auth manages your identity, provider profile and session in its managed database. When activity storage is configured, we save your verified account ID and email in a separate Neon customer activity schema and associate new usage events with your signed-in account. Your email and user ID may also be remembered in this browser; the server verifies your session before identifying activity. Session cookies authenticate your Google account. A signed, HTTP-only activity cookie enforces sign-in again after six hours of inactivity; automatic analytics and background refreshes do not extend that period. Your email and authenticated user ID are not sent to PostHog, and sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing.

The guided workspace starts with a product name and optional product description. When you build an offer, you can add a business or brand name, origin, specification, price, quantity, packaging, and commercial terms. If you use the buyer test, you can optionally save public business names, websites, pipeline stage, and next steps. Induvaya does not require personal buyer contact details.

Your profile, confirmed classification, saved-market decisions, offer details, public buyer-business entries, and readiness progress are stored in your browser’s local storage. They remain on that device and browser unless you clear site data or start a new analysis.

When you run research, the application server receives the selected HS code, year, and destination filters needed to return the requested analysis. Upstream service credentials remain on the server and are never sent to the browser.

Induvaya may record a small set of functional journey events, such as confirming a classification, selecting a market, completing an offer, or starting a buyer test. These events use a random browser-session identifier and do not include your raw product description, offer contents, buyer names, or buyer websites.

Page visits also record the page path and time using a random identifier held in tab-session storage. Activity events are stored in Neon when configured, including page path, server receipt time, session identifier, confirmed HS code and selected market where available. They exclude URL query strings, raw product descriptions, offer contents and buyer contact details. Signed-in events reference your verified account; anonymous events have no customer identity. Failed events are retried from a bounded queue in this tab, which can be lost when the tab is closed. Hosting infrastructure may keep its own operational request logs.

When enabled, PostHog receives these limited analytics events through our server. We do not send customer contact details, create identified person profiles, forward visitor IP addresses, or record session replays in this integration. The tab-session identifier does not identify returning visitors across browser sessions.

When you choose “Save to my account”, we store a copy of that workspace in Neon linked to your signed-in account. This may include product specifications, company details and export plans. Account saves are separate from browser history and clearing browser data does not delete them. Founder review requests and findings are stored against your account and are accessible to authorised reviewers. Contact support to request deletion.

If Induvaya links you to a checkout or sales-booking service, that service handles the information you submit under its own privacy terms. Review the service’s privacy notice before sharing payment or contact information.

Clearing browser data removes the remembered email and local workspace, but does not delete your Better Auth account. Clearing browser data does not remove activity already stored in Neon. Contact support to request correction or deletion. We verify requests before acting and preserve any records required by law.

You can remove the current workspace using the “New analysis” action or by clearing this site’s browser data. Do not enter private email addresses, personal phone numbers, confidential buyer details, trade secrets, or sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
